The New York Dog Bite Lawyer is proud to sponsor and cohost the upcoming Fundraiser for Nobody Starves on Long Island Pet Pantry, a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing pet food and supplies to Long Island families facing financial hardship.
The mission of the pantry is simple but powerful: no household should ever have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pets.
For many Long Island families, the rising cost of pet care has become a real burden. Veterinary visits, food, flea and tick treatments, and basic supplies all add up quickly, and when budgets get tight, it is often the family pet that gets left behind.
Nobody Starves on Long Island Pet Pantry stands in that gap, distributing food and essential supplies to households across the region so that pets stay home, healthy, and cared for. Their work has kept countless dogs and cats out of shelters and given peace of mind to families who otherwise might have been forced into impossible decisions.
The fundraiser takes place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at 89 North Live Music & Events in Patchogue, NY.
Attendees can expect an afternoon of live music, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, and an art auction, all benefiting the work of the pantry. The live music lineup includes The Pamela Betti Band, The Pressure Cookers, Shecky & The Twangtones, and Martin & Lucas, with performances scheduled throughout the day.
The event is dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their four-legged companions along. Whether you are a longtime supporter of the pantry, a music fan, or simply someone who believes that every animal deserves a chance to stay with their family, the afternoon promises to be one worth showing up for.
Managing Attorney Mack Press is cohosting the event as part of The New York Dog Bite Lawyer’s ongoing commitment to supporting causes that improve the lives of dogs and the families who love them.
Our practice represents victims of dog bite injuries throughout New York State, and at the same time, we believe strongly in advocating for the well-being of animals in our community. Sponsoring this fundraiser is one way we put that belief into action.
